In addition to being a qualified yoga teacher, Heather has always been a keen runner and it is through her own experiments with combining these two passions that lead to the development of Yogging! Doing yoga alongside running has massively improved her own running and as a result she is keen to demonstrate the many ways that doing regular yoga can benefit running but also other sports from darts right through to sailing, climbing, riding and cycling!
