Yogging focusses on improving core strength, muscle definition, flexibility, cardio-fitness and fat-burning as well as breathing techniques and stress relief.

About Heather

I am basically a yoga teacher who loves jogging and doing yoga outside to keep fit and well!

Yogging was ‘born’ and developed when I was training to be a yoga teacher in London and spent a lot of time doing laps of my local park!

My love for both disciplines and interest in a little high intensity, was the drive to create yogging and also because often I only had one hour and wanted to do a run to get fit but knew I should be doing more yoga for my flexibilty amongst other things.

Yoga and jogging have a lot in common, they are both great for the mind and breathing is fundamental to them both.

I have tried it with schools as part of PE, as one of the classes in leisure centres, with rugby teams as part of off-season training, with fire fighters and have demonstrated it at many yoga shows around the UK.

I am drawn to yoga becuase I know it is good for my active mind and hectic life and I know so many more people are going to love yogging as much as me.

It is time to spread the word!
